How long will delivery take?

Ready to ship pieces are delivered the next working day. Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted for you and are usually delivered within 10 to 11 working days; the exact dates are shown on each product page. UK delivery is free, tracked and fully insured.

What if the ring does not fit?

Rings can be resized or exchanged free of charge within 60 days. Use our ring size guide, or visit the showroom and we will measure you in minutes.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not in love with it, return it in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund. Please see our returns policy for full details. Personalised and bespoke pieces cannot be returned.

Can I see the jewellery before I buy?

Of course. Book a free appointment at our Hatton Garden showroom or a virtual consultation, and our specialists will show you the pieces you are interested in.

Our diamonds are graded for cut, colour and clarity, and every piece comes with our own Sunshine Diamonds certificate. On eligible pieces you can add an independent IGI or WGI grading report, shown as an option on the product page.

Yes. Our precious metal jewellery is independently tested and hallmarked by a UK Assay Office, guaranteeing the purity of the metal.

Free, tracked and fully insured until signed for, in discreet unbranded packaging. An adult signs on delivery. No minimum spend.

Ready to ship: order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, for delivery the next working day. Later orders, weekends and bank holidays go out the next working day.

Made to order: delivered in 10 to 11 working days. Our jewellers craft and set your piece in Hatton Garden, it is hallmarked at the London Assay Office, quality checked, and sent with its certificates.

Returns, resizing & warranty

Returning is simple:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
We email you a free pre-paid, insured UK returns label.
You get a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving it.

Please return it unworn, with its box and paperwork. Bespoke, engraved and personalised pieces can't be returned for a change of mind.

Wrong size? We resize free within 60 days of delivery, or you can exchange it. Some designs, such as full eternity rings, can't be resized, so we remake or exchange them where possible. A resized ring can't then be returned for a change of mind.

5-year warranty: we repair manufacturing defects free or, if that isn't possible, replace the piece. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or stones lost through knocks. Your legal rights are not affected.
