Free, fully insured UK delivery
Every order is dispatched from our Hatton Garden premises in London and delivered free of charge within the United Kingdom, fully insured and tracked, and requires a signature on delivery. Your jewellery arrives in a Sunshine Diamonds presentation box with any certificate and paperwork.
How long will my order take?

| Made-to-order pieces | 12 to 15 working days from the date you order (up to 12 working days to make, hallmark and quality check, then 1 to 3 working days for delivery) |
| Bespoke designs | Agreed with you when you approve your design |
The exact estimated delivery date for each item is shown on its product page. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted for you by our jewellers in Hatton Garden and independently hallmarked by the London Assay Office before dispatch, which is why they take a little longer. Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link. If you will not be at home, you can arrange redelivery or collection with the courier using the details in that email.
Collection from our showroom
You are welcome to collect your order from our Hatton Garden showroom by appointment. Please book an appointment or call us to arrange a time.
Deliveries outside the UK
For delivery outside the United Kingdom, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability, delivery times and any import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
