We want you to love your jewellery. If you change your mind, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
30-day money-back guarantee
- Return any eligible item within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you.

- Returns are free within the UK: contact us and we will send you a pre-paid, fully insured returns label.
- We refund the full price you paid to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the item.
Free resize or exchange within 60 days
If your ring does not fit, we will resize it or exchange it for a different size free of charge within 60 days of delivery. Some designs (for example full eternity rings and some patterned bands) cannot be resized; in that case we will remake or exchange them where possible.
