We understand that getting the correct size can be difficult when buying online, so we offer a FREE resize within 60 days of delivery to make the process as easy as possible. Resizing within 60 days is always free, whether your ring needs to go up or down, with no charge however many sizes it changes. Any item returned for resizing must be unworn and in pristine condition.
Free resizing applies to engagement rings and wedding bands. It excludes full eternity rings, tennis bracelets, tennis necklaces and bangles; for those we are happy to offer an exchange instead.
Resizing of half eternity rings is limited for technical reasons, so please contact our Customer Care team for advice before placing your order.
