Is the gold really hallmarked?
Yes. Our precious metal pieces are independently tested and hallmarked at the London Assay Office at Goldsmiths' Hall, as the Hallmarking Act 1973 requires. Items below the legal exemption weights don't need a hallmark.
Are the diamonds certified?
Every piece comes with our own Sunshine Diamonds certificate, free of charge. An IGI or WGI report is available on eligible pieces. You also get a valuation certificate for insurance.
Is it a natural or lab-grown diamond?
Natural and lab-grown diamonds are always clearly identified on each product page, so you know exactly what you are buying.
When will it arrive?
Ready to ship: order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, for delivery the next working day. Later orders, weekends and bank holidays go out the next working day.
Made to order: handcrafted for you and delivered in 10 to 11 working days from your order.

Is delivery free and safe?
UK delivery is free with no minimum spend. It is tracked and fully insured until signed for, an adult must sign, and the outer packaging is discreet and unbranded. You can also collect free from our showroom by appointment.
What if I change my mind?
Return it unworn within 30 days of delivery, with its box and paperwork, for a full refund. We send a free pre-paid, insured UK returns label and refund you within 14 days of receiving it. Bespoke, engraved and personalised pieces can't be returned for a change of mind. Returns policy
What if the ring doesn't fit?
We resize it free within 60 days of delivery, or you can exchange it. Some designs, such as full eternity rings, can't be resized, so we remake or exchange them where possible. A resized ring can't then be returned for a change of mind. Ring size guide
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects in workmanship. We repair the piece free or, if that isn't possible, replace it. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or stones lost through knocks. Your legal rights are not affected. Warranty details

How can I pay? Are there extra costs?
Pay securely by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna. All prices are in pounds and include VAT, and UK delivery is free, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout.
